Foliage

Introduced at the Salone del Mobile in 2008 and exhibited at the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam in 2014, the Foliage mural makes a triumphant return in 2018: a decade after its initial presentation it is now installed at the Bisazza Foundation.

The mural, applied entirely by hand, features Swarovski crystal mosaics within graphic patterns of hunting animals and a flower dragon amid a landscape of colours, creating a universe all of its own.
The visuals result from a juxtaposition of hundreds of images, layered to create a blurred effect with beautiful shades of colours. The piece appears as a precious tapestry along the wall.

Its sparkling and magical qualities are enhanced though crystal Swarovski modules, creating depth and complexity in an unrepeatable, evocative atmosphere.
